Minimum time for a freeze is one (1) month. Make up classes will no longer apply.
There is a $10.00 fee per person for freezing an account for administrative purposes. This fee can only be paid digitally and serves as your official freeze start date. Accounts will not be officially on freeze unless the freeze fee has been taken care of. You will receive an e-mail with a link so you can conveniently take care of this fee online once this form is submitted.
Please call us before returning. MAI needs to update rosters and insure that students return to the proper class. It is important MAI can track when frozen accounts are unfrozen so records can be updated accordingly.
Membership freeze request freezes the accounts time and NOT the membership dues PAYMENT schedule. Any time missed less than one month can be made up with make up classes. Make up classes will no longer apply during the frozen period. By freezing an account the account expiration date is extended accordingly for the amount of time requested. The extended expiration date will be adjusted when you unfreeze the account and return to classes.
Unfreezing your account is only allowed during the term of your new extended membership. Expired contacts or extended memberships due to a freeze request are no longer eligible for membership extension.
